Youtube daily do Dec 1 2018

before I started my youtube channel eleven years ago I used to do a TV gig
yes it was called cranking up here’s one of my old shirts don’t make fun of the
name, I did that on CBS TV for a couple of decades and people are saying, Scotty
never happened to those old videos you did, well I dug around on my messy garage
and found a bunch of these old video, so here’s some old school Scotty,
there are times when two of the same thing really should give you the creeps
like when you’re changing your car’s oil filter, you don’t want to end up with two
gaskets on top of it, you got that right Jack, it’s not Jack it’s Scotty, you want
to change your car’s oil and filter once every 3,000 miles, but due to the
insidious nature of many engineers, they hide the filters in very strange places
as you can barely see, the oil filter on this car is hidden, you can grab it with
your hands so you can take it off, but you can’t see where the oil filter
contacts the engine block, so the old gasket might be stuck on now, it’s a very
simple thing to check when you take your old oil filter off, make sure the gasket
is still on it, because if it’s not, instead of looking like this, it’ll look
like this, there won’t be a gasket inside and you’ll know it’s stuck on the other
side of the engine, then when you get your new filter when you screw it on
your engine there’s already a gasket on the engine, so you’ve double gasket it
and it might seal it for a while but eventually the pressure will go and all
the oil will leak out and your engine will blow, now this double gasketing is
a pretty common problem today more than it used to be, because of cheaper
manufacturing processes, as you can see this thing isn’t held in very good it
comes out real easy, now they work perfectly fine once they’re squeezed in
you only have to worry about them coming off when you remove the filter, so
it’s a simple test, when you take the old filter off, make sure the old gasket is
still in there cuz if it isn’t pull it off with your hands before you put the
new filter on, now two gaskets on your oil filter can do some scary things to your
engine, may be the only thing scarier than two gaskets on your oil filter is
having two mechanics work on your car this is the Scotty’s helping you crank
it up, so if you never want to miss another one
of my new car repair videos, remember to ring that Bell!

How to do a Back Carry in a Tula Baby Carrier (or other SSC) Using a Hip Scoot – Duration: 5:12. Hi, I’m Rachel and this video is going to show how to do a back carry in your Soft Structured
Carrier.
I’m going to show a method that is really quick and easy to learn if you are a beginner
at putting your baby on your back.
I’m going to start by holding up your carrier and you’re going to put the waistband on your
hip.
I’m going to let this panel fall down.
I’m going to fold the waistband toward me and place it on my hip.
I’m going to loosen it slightly, take my buckle through the safety elastic, and buckle it
on at my waist.
I have it slightly loose so that I can slide it because what I’m going to do is I’m going
to put baby on my hip and then I’m going to slide the carrier around to the back.
I have it loose enough that it can slide but not so loose that it’s going to push down.
So I’m going to tighten it slightly so I can slide it but it’s not going to push down.
Okay.
The next thing I need to do to prepare my carrier is to loosen the shoulder straps.
I’m going to loosen them a lot, nearly all the way out, especially this back one (the
one toward the hip where I’m going to scoot baby).
Now I’m going to pick up my baby.
Are you ready?
Do you want to go on my back?
I’m going to pick up my baby and I’m going to hold him on my hip like I’m going to carry
him on the hip.
I’m going to take my hand underneath the panel and smooth it up over his back.
I’m going to take his arms underneath both straps so one arm under this strap and the
other arm under this strap.
The strap that’s by my arm, I’m going to hold it for a moment with my arm.
Then I’m going to reach behind me and take my hand and grab it.
I’m going to take my arm into this strap.
If it’s loose enough, I can get it all the way over my shoulder or I can hold it in the
crook of my arm with my elbow.
Now, I have baby on my left hip.
My right arm has the strap on the elbow or on the shoulder already.
My right hand is going to hold this front strap right underneath of baby’s arm.
So my baby is totally secure.
He’s got both straps under his arms.
I have one strap on this shoulder or you can hold it with your elbow and the other strap
I’m holding securely with my right hand.
Now I’m going to lift my left hand up and over his head like I’m going to do a swimming
stroke and I’m going to take my hand to his little bottom and continuing to hold this
strap, I’m going to slide him.
As I slide him, I’m going to keep holding this strap.
I’m actually going to hold both straps with one hand now to keep them snug.
Scooch.
Scooting him around until he is centered on my back.
When I feel like he’s centered, I’m going to take my arm into this strap.
Now I have both straps on my shoulders.
I’m going to lift up holding my straps nice and tight, buckle my chest clip, and now I’m
going to take my hands to the strap here and tighten them.
I’m pulling down and back.
One side might need to tighten a bit more.
Alright, now I have him securely on my back.
I’m going to do a little bit of adjusting.
First I want to make sure that my chest clip is in a comfortable position.
I like it just below my collarbone but you can slide it up or down until you find a comfortable
spot for you.
I’m going to make sure my waist band is nice and snug.
So I’m going to take a moment and just kind of give that a little pull since I had it
a little loose to start.
And i’m pretty set!
I’m going to check and make sure these two sides are both evenly tightened and there
you have a quick and easy back carry.
To get down, you’re going to reverse the process.
So I’ll loosen these shoulder straps, leaning forward slightly.
Loosen it a lot.
I’m going to unclip my chest clip, holding both strap securely.
I’m remembering that I had baby in my left arm, so I’m going to take the left strap off
and bring it under my arm.
Now with one hand, I’m going to hold these two straps together.
I’m going to loosen my waistband just a tiny bit so it will slide.
I take my arm back sliding him back over toward the crook of my arm.
When I have him where I can almost reach him, still holding these two strap securely, I’m
going to lift my arm up and over him and bring him back to my hip.
Now I can take off this strap and we’re done.
Alright so that’s a quick and easy way to get your baby on your back with your buckle
carrier.
Thanks!
Bye!

What does baseball have to do with climate change? A lot – Duration: 1:53. So … wanna talk about climate change.
And, naturally, the place you’re going to do that
is at the baseball stadium.
I’ll get to the reason why in a second.
Just after Thanksgiving, the federal government
released a climate assessment report.
This was done by 300 scientists
and over 12 government institutions
and institutions of higher learning.
And what it described is the fact that
scientifically proven global warming
is changing the planet’s climate.
And what’s occurring, what’s happening because of that,
we’ll begin to see increased fires, increased droughts,
tremendous economic impact.
A lot of really bad things if we don’t try
to reduce the pollutants
owing to fossil fuel consumption.
Well.
Instead of looking at that report and studying it,
or even getting somebody to explain it to him,
President Donald Trump blows it off.
He’s in climate change denial.
He issued a tweet saying,
Big cold snap in the East.
Whatever happened to global warming?
Here’s the thing about that:
No one day, one week element of the weather
is gonna tell you anything about global warming.
You need a big picture. It would be like this:
A few years back, there was a pitcher
named Rich Hill for the Dodgers
who pitched a nine-inning no hitter
against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Nine innings, no hit ball.
Beautiful game.
In the bottom of the 10th inning,
a Pittsburgh Pirate batter named Josh Harrison
hit a home run off Hill,
and the Dodgers lost, 1 to nothing.
When President Trump says
because there’s a cold snap in Washington, D.C.,
that global warming can’t be happening,
it would have been like
the Los Angeles Dodgers manager saying,
Rich Hill is a terrible pitcher
because he gave up a home run.

To whom does success come? Shri Prakash Ji FR5_25/08/2018 – Duration: 3:22. Even when everything is harmonious and good, then some other problem can happen – God gives it as a test.
God always gives tests, because just through experience there are improvements.
Do you understand? Radhe radhe.
The mind begins to work properly if there is Guru Kripa.
And the person starts finding good ways out.
Radhe radhe.
As you can see on worldly success.
Do you know at what age Lincoln (16th US President (1861-1865)) became President of America?
Do not know? More than 50 and his life was very difficult.
Everyone was telling that he will not succeed.
Radhe radhe.
I wanted to give you a worldly example. There are many such examples in this world.
When people were saying that this one will never succeed.
But in one day, if a person has changed himself a lot
he understood the meaning of his life, where it is necessary to work, from what point it is so incorrectly obtained…
Patience is needed!
Radhe radhe.
Patience is needed, then once for a while, there for sure will be an opportunity in life.
And life will be different.
Many people are losing patience.
The person starts to think: how many years I worked- one year, two years – he lost patience.
When karma for someone is puja (prayer), if karma is for somebody a prayer,
actions are a prayer- this is one of the ways of achieving God.
To achieve yourself, you understand? We are talking about karma yoga.
There are two main points in this:
The actions that you want make, which are right for you at moment, the most correct action
for your ability – you do it and never forget Paramatma (the Supreme), God.
Because if you forget God, that’s also not right.
Sometimes a person goes into action so much…
You always remember Him and do actions.
This is the most basic knowledge for karma yoga.
Radhe radhe.
You wake up, how much there is time, opportunities – you do spiritual practice, remember God.
And start your day, do all the work.
In the evening remember and during the day too.
You can not all the time because you have to think about work: how do I work, what to do, how to plan everything…
All the time you can not remember. But what I mean that you don’t forget absolutely.
Because it is important to understand: for those who always remember God, nobody can stop their perfection.

DO YOU KNOW RUSSIAN PEOPLE WELL? TAKE THE TEST! – Duration: 7:34. Hello, my friends! I think, if you would like to go to a foreing country for a long time
(to study or to work), you should learn more about this country:
about people who live there, about their traditions. And today, in this video, I offer you to take the test,
that consists of 10 allegations, that help you to understand whether you know Russian people and their traditions well.
So, I will read the allegations, and you note which of them is true / false, and then I will tell you the correct answers.
So, the first allegations: Russians celebrate New Year 10 days:
for example, from the 31 of December to the 9 of January, and they don’t work these days.
the second allegations: Russian people decorate a birch tree on the New Year.
the third allegations: when Russian people see each other, they kiss each other three times on the cheeks.
the fourth allegations: if you go to Russians’ home,
Russians will give you a glass of vodka, which you have to drink.
the fifth allegations: Russians offer their guest not only tea and biscuits,
but also to have lunch or dinner together.
the sixth allegations: Russian people put up their guests-relatives in the hotel and pay the room for the guests.
the seventh allegations: if Russians sneeze, they ask to wish them health.
the eighth allegations: most of all Russians drink vodka every Friday evening after work.
the ninth allegations: Russian people eat a lot of mayonnaise, fried potatoes and herring.
the tenth allegations: if Russians go to see someone (drive or on foot (if it’s close).
It doesn’t matter), they will definitely bring a gift – a small or big one.
And now you will have the answers:
The first allegations: Russians celebrate New Year 10 days.
That’s true! Russian people are lucky.
For example, in the coming year (2019) Russian people will celebrate New Year
from December 30, 2018 to January 8, 2019!
Belarusians celebrate New Year only 2 days: January 1 and 2.
But non-governmental organizations very often have a day off on the 31 of December.
The second allegations: Russian people decorate a birch tree on the New Year.
Of course they don’t. Russian people decorate a Christmas tree, like all people in the world.
The third allegations: when Russian people see each other, they kiss each other 3 times on the cheeks.
That’s not true, either. This is an obsolete tradition. Maximum: when people, who are close, say “goodbye” to each other,
they can kiss each other on the cheeks one time. I mean, relatives or close friends.
In everyday life women just greet each other, men shake hands.
In the business communities are accepted a handshake between men and women. I mean, a handshake regardless of sex.
The fourth allegations: if you go to Russians’ home, Russians will give you a glass of vodka, which you have to drink.
That’s not true, either. If you visit a Russian person, it’s not necessary, that he / she offers you to drink alcohol.
Rather, he / she offers you a cap of coffee or tea.
But Russians can make you drink alcohol at weddings or birthday parties.
The fifth allegations: Russians offer their guest not only tea and biscuits,
but also to have lunch or dinner together.
That’s true. Russian people are very hospitable.
The sixth allegations: Russian people put up their guests-relatives in the hotel and pay the room for the guests.
That’s not true. Russian people settle guests at their private home and often offer them their own bed,
while owners sleep on the uncomfortable sofa or on the mattress on the floor.
The seventh allegations: if Russians sneeze, they ask to wish them health.
That’s not true. If a Russian person sneezes, those around him themselves wish him good health.
For example, someone has sneezed, and I would tell him: “Be healthy!” – different options
that depends on the sex and on the age and whether I know the person:
I will say to a man “be healthy!”, to woman -” be healthy! “. If this is an old man
or an unfamiliar persone – “be healthy!” The child is often told to “growing more!”
The eighth allegations: most of all Russians drink vodka every Friday evening after work.
Of course they don’t, although Russians call Friday the Driver’s day. Why?
Because a driver drives a car every day, and only on weekends he can “relax” (drink alcohol),
but it doesn’t mean, that you will see all Russian men drunk on Friday evening.
Of course, sometimes on Friday evening you can see drunk men in a public transport, but these are not all people!
The ninth allegations: Russian people eat a lot of mayonnaise, fried potatoes and herring.
That’s not true. Now people eat what they want. And many people follow the rules of healthy eating.
The tenth allegations: if Russians go to see someone,
they will definitely bring a gift – a small or big one.
That’s true. For example, when I go to visit my friend, who lives not far from me,
by the way, I always bring her chocolate or fruits.
This is especially true, if you visit a friend who has a child. Children are very often given sweets.
I hope you enjoy this video and have got a lot of useful information.
If so, give me a like! And I wish you to have a pleasant communication and to be in a great mood!
Thanks for watching my videos! Bye!
The seventh allegations: if Russians sneeze… It was a shot.

A visit to a Georgian village
There are so many interesting things to see today,
that I don’t know if we’ll reach today’s goal.
We’re standing still, watching and filming, all the time.
Yes, if we continue like this…
We’re halfway already.
We still have about 20 kilometers to go, but it will be steeper now.
It may be uphill, but this is a great road.
We are climbing, but
it’s kind of wavy.
A steep part, then more even, like here.
It may even be a bit downhill here, and then up again.
It’s 7 more kilometers to the town.
The place where we agreed to meet
we will probably reach in half an hour.
The wind is changable today.
From the front, from the back
from the side.
It depends in which direction we’re riding
cause the valley is winding a lot.
Don’t be afraid little cow!
How fearful she is.
What colours!
Beautiful.
Amazing.
Such abundant green, new leaves are sprouting everywhere.
In the valley, there are lots of flowers.
Now you don’t see it well, but they were there.
There is fog up there.
Down there is such an old bridge
like the ones we showed before, and next to it is a new bridge.
A minute ago we were in this turn.
It made a big bend here
and here the road makes a sharp turn
an then this way. I don’t know what’s behind the corner
but on the mountain tops, there’s quite some snow already.
Let’s see what’s ahead of us.
A beautiful view. I only shouldn’t fall off.
I asked them: the pass is opened.
Opened? Oh, thank you!
Where are you from? – From Poland.
From Poland? The European Union. – Yes.
We’re also going there.
Before the Soviet Union, now the European Union.
All the best! – Thanks.
What? – He asked where I’m going.
To the pass, I say.
“But the pass is closed.”
And I say, we heard it’s open from several people already.
“I’m calling there!”
He took his phone and called somewhere: it’s open.
Now the pass is open.
Also for cyclists? – Yes.
You can continue.
Earlier today someone else also stopped
and told the pass is closed.
He didn’t even ask where I’m going, if I’m going to the pass.
“But the pass was opened!” – “Oh”
We’re at our friend Zaur’s place
or actually the friend of my friend Yura.
This is our room.
Quite big.
I woke up an hour ago, I was still watching something on the phone.
Dorenda woke up just now.
If we let them know we got up, we’ll probably get breakfast.
That’s quite possible.
Dinner yesterday consisted of 10 or so different dishes.
Yes, something like that, and the day before as well.
It’s difficult to eat all of it.
Lunch was simple however, only khachapuri.
But there were a lot, more than 10 of them.
But only that.
And it wasn’t even the kind of meal when they would sit at the table.
Everyone was eating where he wanted, in the kitchen, in the room
and when he wanted, untill dinner.
It looks like the most important and the longest meal is dinner.
And maybe breakfast, although I don’t know what it looked like yesterday.
I also don’t know.
It looks like we’re home alone
cause there is no car.
Zaur propably went somewhere to get more materials for his home improvement.
This is a shed with tools and firewood.
And down here is the toilet, the outhouse.
Inside the house they already made a new toilet and a shower.
A normal bathroom like we know them.
This is the road to the pass.
Up the valley that way.
The pass is at 2000 meters, and we are now at 1000 meters.
Over there, that’s a mosque
cause we are now in Adjara.
Adjara is an autonomous republic inside of Georgia.
There was 3 centuries of Turkish dominance here
and the Turkish told everyone to change their religion.
I don’t know the exact proportions at the moment
but it’s more or less half Christians, half Muslims.
But apparently there is a tendency for muslims to go back to the Christian faith.
To the Georgian church.
This is a beautiful valley, it’s warm.
But there is snow quite closeby.
Shall we go and have breakfast? – Yes. There is bread with cheese.
Zaur is improving his house. They will place a barrel
with water for the bathroom.
And we are going for a walk around the village to see what it looks like.
In this house, we took a shower two days ago.
At night.
Cause Zaur’s bathroom is not ready yet.
Here they probably don’t have such a barrel, cause the water pressure was very low.
And five minutes later we already got invited
by someone to his house.
50 meters away, for coffee.
Are you studying the alphabet?
And which one is that? – It’s that letter.
Some sort of soft “ts” according to the transcription.
Yes, that’s the “ts”.
Those are different ones.
This is also a national dish.
It’s called tolma.
In Arabic there are letters like that.
Today it’s Friday
and since this village, as we understood
is an all muslim village
the men will leave for prayer soon.
But we just got some coffee and cake from them.
A lot, because this man had his birthday recently
and there was some left.
So it’s good they are leaving for prayer
cause now we can continue.
They asked if we drink coffee.
I said, normally we do. Okay, then come with us.
I didn’t mean to day that we wanted to drink coffee right now.
But he told us that if we’ll be bored in the evening,
we can visit again, if we stay here.
The hospitality is enormous, right? – It is.
Yesterday I was reading the Lonely Planet guide and it said
that people here consider guests to be a gift from God.
So that’s probably why they are all inviting us.
They are trying to find an occasion to show us their hospitality.
They are preparing the tastiest things, and it’s all natural.
Home-made cheese…
There is no shop here, so it has to be home-made.
Home-made, fresh, tasty and good.
In Turkey, people were also hospitable
but there, there was a language barrier.
Here at least we can talk with people normally.
But regarding Turkish hospitality
there we were often invited only for tea.
Just tea, with as much sugar as you want
but no cookies or other things.
But we were also invited for a complete meal a couple of times.
For tea, that was mostly along the road
or on a petrol station, or at a cafe.
So that’s different. Here they invite us to their homes, cause there is no petrol station.
Maybe there is no electricity because the cables are lying ont he ground.
You’d better not come too close.
On such steep slopes like here they use hand tractors.
It has a motor, but you have to move it forward by hand.
A normal machine wouldn’t make it here, it’s very steep.
This man says there will be maize here.
It doesn’t look like easy work at all.
The houses here are very big, they have many rooms.
And the first one, where we were invited two days ago
was also big, with a big second floor.
There were 6 big rooms there.
And where we’re staying now, with Zaur.
This is what they call a small bite.
Look, this is from here.
Red wine.
Good wine. – From Batumi?
Home-made wine.
What tasty things did you eat?
A lot of things.
Bread, salad, beetroots, spaghetti
To your health.
And to yours.
To that what you need, may you have a good life
and God can do that, you understand?
You have a good heart.
Bad ones… If I say something bad, right, then…
Cheers!
I don’t understand much of Russian, you know?
Fortunately, we understand each other a bit.
Hello!
That’s good chacha, with a lot of alcohol.
How many liters is the most you ever drank?
How many liters? Of what? Wine? – Wine.
One and a half liter I can drink.
12 liter I drank. 12 liter.
On one evening? – Not at once, just…
12 liter. On a wedding.
We were planning to leave this morning
but this is the weather. There are clouds
and it’s cold, it’s raining a bit.
And if it’s raining here, it’s snowing at the pass.
It’s 1000 meters higher there, and in general the rain made the temperature go down.
We are left alone here.
Zaur left to Batumi an hour ago.
And we are alone here with grandma.
So if there will be guests, I have to cook for them.
Dorenda is the lady of the house, who receives guests.
And I will pour in something if needed.
I will pour and say the toasts.
We are leaving Zaur’s house. We’re still cleaning up a bit
cause because of the works we were wearing shoes everywhere.
Normally you would take off your shoes and wear slippers or go barefoot.
But because of the works we were keeping on our shoes
and we walked in some sand.
Zaur left to Batumi yesterday.
We are here with grandma , and we’ll say goodbye to her in a minute.
I hope she’ll understand it.
She speaks only Georgian.
And really only Georgian, she doesn’t even understand gestures.
Yes, that’s a problem for her.
But she’s 90 years old already, so she’s elderly.
We left from Batumi, here.
This is Khulo.
And that’s the Goderdzi Pass.
2025 meters
We want to cross it today
and then continue in the direction of Akhaltsikhe.
And later to Vardzia, which is somewhere along this road
in the river Kura valley.
Look, it’s cloudy, but it’s warm.
The wind is coming from sea
and brings in warm air.
But tomorrow it’s going to cool down a lot.
Thanks a lot.
See you.
It was nice, we rested well.
But we have to continue, cause there are new adventures waiting for us.
Yes, we should give others a chance to host us as well.
We had a short holiday
but it’s time to go. The bikes are loaded and we’re leaving!
This is the main road.
We’re going that way.
From Zaur’s place we had to go down. It was 965 meters there
and here it’s 860, so we lost 100 meters.
And we have to climb to 2025.
So it’s over 1100 meters uphill.
We already climbed 550 meters.
It’s another 600 meters till the pass.
We’re taking a break to eat something.
There is quite some snow already in this area.
We crossed a bridge here.
There is a swampy part there and a little landslide.
But they say that further on, the road is fine.
So let’s hope we can make it.
It’s a quarter to 1 now
so it’s quite early.
It’s still 10 kilometers till the pass, with a 600-meter climb.
The first 550 meters were fine.
We didn’t get very tired.
Curious about the rest of our 8-month bike trip?

Always Do Your Best | The Four Agreements | Don Miguel Ruiz – Duration: 6:35. As you might know, this month was for discussing the book The Four Agreements
by dot mckendree’s I chose this book because this book had made such an
impact on my life and I’ve read it countless times and I’ve also gave it to
all my clients because it’s imperative for everybody who wants to be successful
to read it so already we have talked about the first three agreements being
packable with your word don’t take anything personally and don’t make
assumptions this week we’re going to talk about the last agreement and I’m
super excited for you to see what that is
hi everyone I’m Russ Vita progress photography.com
in each week I help women just like you be successful in every area of their
life and be the most successful person in the room the fourth agreement
presented in the book is called always do your best in this fast-paced world
garyvee what’s tweeted speed is four billion times more important than
perfection for a perfectionist myself this was pretty hard to grasp at first
because I take pride in everything being perfect but as my business has evolved
and has grown I could not physically micromanage every single task so I had
to let go of that need of making sure everything is perfect if I wanted to
keep growing my business so that is what I actually realized okay doing my best
and getting it faster is actually better than making sure it’s perfect and
staying stuck in that rut for maybe weeks or months always doing things
perfectly is very good for the ego but not so good for the business or in the
life that you want for yourself I would not have been able to scale my business
reach the success I have today if I would have not let go of the need to do
it perfectly and adopted I’ll do my best concept and improve as we go but what
you have to keep in mind and this is a such an important thing your best will
not be the same day after day some days your best will be you know accomplishing
90% of your tasks and you’ll feel awesome and you’ll feel really proud of
yourself and some days tweak your best will be
accepting that you feel so bad if you have no energy and that you just should
stay in bed and rinse the whole day and if you don’t understand this concept of
your best being different day after day then again you will suffer a lot because
you’re gonna have such big expectations of yourself and assumptions about who
you are and who you should be that will only lead to suffering if you try too
hard to do more than your best you will use too much resources and in the end it
was still not gonna be good enough when you overdo you can clip your body and go
against yourself and it will take you way longer to accomplish any goal if you
do less than your best then you subject yourself to frustration guilt anger
shame and regret if you always do your best
there’s no way you’re gonna judge yourself and if you don’t judge yourself
there is no way you’re gonna suffer blame yourself have a shame attack or
feel guilty okay so how do we let go of the need to be perfect and approach them
I’ll do my best part so the first thing you need to do is whenever you encounter
yourself in a situation when you force things to happen and you wanna you know
when you see that things don’t go your way is stop and ask yourself in this
situation what does it mean to do my best and what does it mean
to do it perfectly because once you see the difference between the two when you
go to do my best you will actually let things move easier
and let the flow be continuous and bring you joy the second thing you need to do
is pay attention to what you feel whenever you’re doing your best you feel
relaxed you feel proud you feel confident you feel good about yourself
whenever you do less than her best or you try to overdo then you feel
frustrated anxious guilty annoyed angry all the negative emotions let your
emotions be your guide and the third thing is to work on that belief that if
you’re not perfect you don’t do things perfectly or you don’t have a perfect
life then you’re not worthy of appreciation of love or respect we can
work together on you know clearing any limiting beliefs that you have either
this one or other ones in either in success Factory in my you know online
course or in my private mastermind or even work one-on-one with me there is a
sequence to cleaning any sort of beliefs and adopting new ones it actually suits
you by replacing a limiting belief with what it actually empowers you you change
the rules of the game and make it so that you always win think you always
feel good did you like this video then make sure to subscribe to my channel so
you will notified every single week
and if you have any questions for village you want me to address in a
video let me know in a comment below and I will be happy to do a video on it
thank you so much for watching bye
